As Founder and Managing Director of North Workforce Connect, I bring more than 15 years of experience in recruitment, workforce development, business engagement and employment services across Melbourne's North.
Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with employers, graduates, emerging professionals and community organisations, building a grounded understanding of the people and businesses that make this region what it is.
My experience spans recruitment, stakeholder engagement and business development. I take a relationship-first approach, working closely with organisations to understand their people, culture and future growth plans — then delivering practical recruitment support for long-term success.
Having worked across organisations including NORTH Link, MatchWorks, BDS People, UCMS, La Trobe University, I have developed extensive networks across Melbourne's North and a genuine commitment to connecting employers with emerging local talent.
