Meet Diane

A connection that
goes further.

Hiring made simple, in three steps.

Backed by 15+ years of industry experience across Melbourne’s North. Here’s what happens next when you share a role with us.

Find talent
  1. Share the role

Tell us what you’re hiring for through the enquiry form or a call with Diane. It starts with a conversation about the role, your team and the kind of person who will thrive in it.

  2. We find and assess

We source graduate, emerging and experienced professionals, then assess capability and culture fit, so the people you meet are a genuine match.

  3. Meet your match

We shortlist and coordinate interviews, support the offer, then check in after the first week, at 30 days and at 60 days so your new hire settles well.

A next step
that fits you.

Your next role, in three steps.

Whether you’re a graduate or an emerging professional, here’s what happens when you get in touch.

Find opportunities
  1. Start a conversation

Tell us about your strengths, your goals and the kind of permanent role you’re after. We don’t publish a live jobs list, so every conversation starts with you.

  2. Get ready

A readiness check, light-touch resume refinement and interview preparation help you approach the right opportunities with confidence.

  3. Meet the right employers

We make considered introductions to employers with suitable permanent roles, keep you updated along the way and check in once you start.

A little clarity
before we connect.

A few things you might be wondering.

Who do you work with?
We work with employers seeking emerging or experienced professionals for permanent roles, as well as graduates and emerging professionals ready to take the next step. Our focus is Melbourne’s North and relationships that support long-term employment.
I’m an employer. How can you help?
We recruit graduate, emerging and experienced professionals for permanent roles. Our process covers role analysis, targeted sourcing, capability and culture-fit assessment, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer support and onboarding guidance.
What is professional permanent recruitment?
It is a permanent recruitment service for employers seeking experienced professionals in aligned sectors. Alongside emerging-talent recruitment, it helps organisations build balanced, future-ready teams with the capability they need now and for the future.
Which roles and sectors do you support?
We work across professional services, government and local government, education, community and health services, HR, marketing and business support, plus selected IT, finance, logistics and operations roles. The right fit starts with a conversation about your organisation and the role.
I’m starting my career. Where do I begin?
Start with a conversation about your interests and career goals. We offer recruitment linked readiness support, practical resume and interview preparation, and connections to employers with suitable permanent opportunities.
Is career-readiness support a standalone coaching service?
No. Career-readiness support is part of our recruitment process. It may include a readiness check, light-touch resume refinement, interview preparation, workplace expectations and confidence-building support to help you approach suitable opportunities well.
What happens after a placement?
We support a confident transition with initial-week, 30-day and 60-day check-ins, employer feedback loops and practical adjustment support. The aim is to help the new employee and employer establish a strong start.
Do you publish a live vacancies list?
No. Opportunities are discussed individually so we can understand your strengths, goals and the kind of permanent role you are seeking before making suitable introductions.
Can I speak with someone directly?
Yes. Get in touch with our office directly on 0407 362 357 or email our office. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
